Meditation Classes

The word "meditation" comes from the Latin and means something like "to think", "to deal with" or "to consider". The main thing is to use different techniques to calm and focus the mind. This enables the perception of one's own being in the now.

In addition to the scientifically proven positive effects on cognition, brain functions, immune system, epigenesis and psyche, this technology, which is thousands of years old, also offers the possibility of deeper insights and states of one's own life.

Deep self-knowledge can take place in meditation and consequently help to develop a healthy and free life.

Since the approach of the "Harmony of Life Physiopraxis" is holistically oriented and conscious being is in the foreground, in addition to the therapy offers, we will soon also be offering the opportunity to meet meditatively together and in a group.
